A person, in consideration for his/her acceptance as a member/guest of The SA RENC, hereby releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify The SA RENC, its officers, directors, volunteers, members, guests, employees, agents, contractors, speakers and vendors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions or communications made by The SA RENC or its officers, directors, volunteers, members, guests, employees, contractors, agents, speakers and vendors in or through their respective capacities with The SA
RENC.

Members/Guests agree to comply with the Code of Ethics and the By-Laws of The SA RENC. No implied endorsements or warranties of products, persons, literature or ideas presented at any meetings or in any email or online discussion board activity of The SA RENC by its members, guests or speakers are made by The SA RENC, its officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors. Any literature which may be distributed during meetings or any email or online discussion board activity of The SA RENC have not been reviewed or approved in advance by The SA RENC.

All SA RENC members and guests are encouraged to do their own research and due diligence regarding ideas and concepts obtained at The SA RENC meetings or through any email or online discussion board activity. Applicant agrees and acknowledges that The SA RENC may enforce these codes, terms, rules and regulations at its sole and absolute discretion and may terminate any membership at any time for any reason whatsoever. Consultation with appropriate professional advisors is highly recommended by The SA RENC prior to the implementation of any ideas or concepts obtained at its meetings. Members and guests agree not to market any classes, training, coaching or mentoring to other members or guests of the The SA RENC. If this provision is violated, The SA RENC will terminate your membership.
